I was recently sent five of SinfulColors new polishes for Spring 2015. There's some new additions for spring: Bloomblast Glitters, Opalescent Toppers, and Citrus Twist Toppers.

I've mentioned my addiction to Bumblesoaps a few times before on this blog. :) They are an awesome indie bath & body company... which I am addicted to!

In February, Daphine Polish, and Bumblesoaps did a collaboration. Daphine Polish created colors to compliment some of Bumblesoaps scents. (The nail polish is scented too!) Each set came with a nail polish, and 2 or 3 Bumblesoaps products. There are 7 different colors in the collaboration collection. I ordered Twilight Nights, and Sweater Weather.

Good morning! Today I have new to me brand I'll be sharing; Lucky 13 Lacquer. I was sent three colors from their new 'Out of this World' Collection, along with Elemental Ward, and Dark Matter. 

I thought about doing some stamping for St. Patrick's Day, but in the end I decided to keep it rather simple this year. I'm wearing Emily de Molly: Oceanic Forces- (hey... it's greenish!), and China Glaze I'm Not Lion on my accent nail.

Painted Sabotage has some of the prettiest crellies and glitter bombs. She recently sent me some polishes to swatch and today I'm sharing Gargle Blaster, and Valthrudnir with you.

Gargle Blaster: The Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster was invented by Zaphod Beeblebrox, a major character in Douglas Adams' novel The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. A mint green shade with a slight shimmer, accented with fuchsia, silver and gunmetal glitters! This is three coats. It dries gritty so be sure to use a thick topcoat to smooth things out. I used 1 coat of Gelous, and 1 coat of Seche Vite below.

Valthrudnir: is the name of a frost giant that challenged Odin in Norse mythology. A bluish gray with glints of ice and snow. You will find an assortment of blue, gunmetal, silver holographic and white glitters. Application was a breeze. Two smooth coats, and no fishing for glitters. Dries gritty so be sure to use a thick topcoat to smooth things out. I used 1 coat of Gelous, and 1 coat of Seche Vite below.

The Zoya Delight, Spring Collection consists of three cremes, and three shimmers. There's a mix of pastels and brights in this collection. They can be purchased individually or as a set on Zoya.com. I have to say, these colors remind me of marshmallow Easter Peeps for some reason. :-p 

March 17th this blogs turns 7 years old! Though I didn't really start blogging about nail polish until 2011, this little blog started way back on St. Patrick's Day in 2008; more as a lifestyle blog at first. A place to share my thoughts, travels, pets, photography, and long distance relationship, at the time. And it has grown and evolved over the years. :)

Warm Sugar Cookies was a limited holiday color from PolishM. The color was so popular, she brought it back to her shop, which made my day since I missed when it was originally available around the holidays.

Warm Sugar Cookies is a nude pink polish with pink & gold micro flakes, and pink & gold micro glitter. I applied two thin coats. The formula is gritty when it dries, you need a thick topcoat so it won't be bumpy. I did two thin coats of Gelous, and then 1 coat of Seche Vite. Isn't it just gorgeous? I love it! 

I decided to do an accent nail with my favorite rose decals from the Born Pretty Store. (You can read the review on the decals, and another PolishM manicure I did here).

The Born Pretty Store recently sent me some more products to review. Today I have one of their new multi chrome chameleon polishes. I was sent color number #217. (I'm not sure why the bottle says 'holo', this is definitely not a holographic polish).


The Born Pretty Store has free worldwide shipping. They are based in Singapore, so it usually takes about 3-4 weeks to receive an order from them. I have ordered from them before, besides receiving items to review, and definitely recommend them for their cheap prices, and cute nail art selections.

Today I have some Valentine-esque shades that Painted Sabotage sent me, to share with all of you. Just a heads up, my nails may look a little different, because I transitioned to round nails, this past weekend. Now, I just have to grow out my little round nubs a bit. :-p

Hate Tank: burgandy jelly base, with red glitter, black shreds, and black glitter hearts. This polish dries bumpy, so you need a thick topcoat to smooth everything out. I used two thin coats of Gelous, and 1 coat of Seche Vite. The black heart glitters were plentiful throughout the polish. I did two thin coats, and then placed some extra black hearts before using my topcoat(s).

I decided to do a little stamping with Zoya Tove (press sample), from the new Naturel Satins Collection. I started with two coats of Zoya Tove. After it was dry, I stamped with Konad White, and Born Pretty Store plate BP-24, which I purchased in December. No topcoat. I love how these turned out!

The Naturel Satins Collection is made up of 6 soft neutral shades. The finish is new to Zoya. The Satin finish dries with a soft semi-matte look. They are available for purchase on Zoya.com, individually, or as a set.

I picked up Dance Legend Milky Way a few months ago on eBay. I just love Dance Legend multi chromes, they are are always stunning, and Milky Way is no exception.


Milky Way is a multi chrome polish that changes from blue/purple/pink/green depending on the angle of your hands. It's also got the addition of tiny flakie glitters, that really do make it look like the stars and comets in the galaxy. It's a stunning polish! This is two coats layered over Dance Legend 315 Black, plus Seche Vite topcoat.

Azature had an amazing sale back in December. They were selling their $25 nail lacquers for $6, but only for 36 hours. I couldn't pass up that deal. I reviewed their summer collection last year, and the creams were absolutely divine. All one coaters.

My camera is also out of commission at the moment, so I took these photos with a back up camera. Mine went off to Sony to be repaired, (or cleaned). :( Hopefully I'll have it back soon, I'm just glad it was under warranty. I'll have better swatches of all these gorgeous flakies when I get my camera back. They are so gorgeous, and color shifty!
